By accessing or using SubPrecision's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SubPrecision.

Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubPrecision's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SubPrecision, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes financial data, business strategies, client lists, and proprietary processes. This obligation survives termination of services.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved as follows:
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
SubPrecision reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
